٢. وصف الخدمة
سجلي هو تطبيق لمتابعة انتهاء صلاحية الوثائق الحكومية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يُنبّهك التطبيق قبل انتهاء صلاحية مستنداتك ويوفر أدلة التجديد وروابط لبوابات التجديد الرسمية.
٣. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
الخطة المجانية: مجانية دائماً بحد أقصى مستند واحد وفرد عائلي واحد وتنبيهات أساسية.
الخطة الشخصية: 19.99 درهم/شهر أو 199.99 درهم/سنة — مستندات غير محدودة، 5 أفراد عائلة، مسح بالذكاء الاصطناعي، أدلة التجديد الكاملة.
خطة الأعمال: 39.99 درهم/شهر أو 399.99 درهم/سنة — جميع مميزات الخطة الشخصية بالإضافة إلى 10 موظفين ومستندات تجارية.
تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
تتم المدفوعات عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play.
يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات المتجر.
لا يوجد استرداد للمبالغ عن الفترات المستهلكة.
٤. مسؤوليات المستخدم
الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك.
تقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة.
عدم استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية.
عدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
٥. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق محفوظة لسجلي. لا يُسمح بنسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن مسبق.
٦. إخلاء المسؤولية
سجلي أداة تذكير مساعدة فقط. لا يُعدّ التطبيق مرجعاً قانونياً أو حكومياً رسمياً. لا نضمن دقة تواريخ الانتهاء أو المعلومات المقدمة. يتحمّل المستخدم مسؤولية التحقق من المعلومات الرسمية مع الجهات المختصة.
٧. إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط.
٨. القانون المُطبَّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يتم تسوية أي نزاع أمام المحاكم المختصة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2. Service Description
Sijilli is a UAE government document expiry tracker. It reminds you before documents expire and provides renewal guides and links to official renewal portals.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free plan: Always free, limited to 1 document, one family member, and basic alerts.
Personal plan: AED 19.99/month or AED 199.99/year — unlimited documents, 5 family members, AI-powered scanning, full renewal guides.
Business plan: AED 39.99/month or AED 399.99/year — all personal plan features plus 10 employees and business documents.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
You may cancel at any time from your store account settings.
No refunds for consumed subscription periods.
4. User Responsibilities
Keep your account credentials confidential.
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app are reserved by Sijilli. No part of the app may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sijilli is a reminder tool only. It is not an official government or legal reference. We do not guarantee the accuracy of expiry dates or provided information. Users are responsible for verifying official information with the relevant authorities.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be settled before the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
